Real estate Law
In this field of law, we provide our clients mainly with the following legal services:
- cooperation with developers and investors in the realization of various projects
- preparation of reservation contracts, contracts on the future contract, contracts of purchase, security agreements and other contracts / agreements relating to the transfer of ownership rigts, as well as contracts on real burden
- authorization of contracts of purchase by the attorney
- contract revision, correction and checking
Settlement of disputes
Within this legal area, clients are provided with legal services relating in particular to:
- represent the client in court and court of arbitration in civil and commercial disputes

Intelectual property Law

In this field of law, we provide our clients mainly with the following legal services:
- legal advices on the establishment of a bussiness licence, as well as changes regarding the licence, complete legal services for the establishment of all types of companies and their further administration (including changes), all electronically
- preparation, organization and representation at general meetings, including preparation of documentation related to the scope of the general meetings of companies
- preparation of legal statements on various issues and representing clients in court litigation
Debt recovery
Within this legal area, clients are provided with legal services relating in particular to:
- out-of-court settlement of recovery of the clientˈs claims/receivables, in order to reach a settlement with the debtor with the highest satisfaction of the creditor/client
- submitt legal actions to relevant courts - electronically, as a result of which the fee is reduced up to 50 % comparing the original fee (all communication is provided electronically)
- represent the client in execution, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings
Labour Law
- In this field of law, we provide our clients mainly with the following legal services:
- preparation and mark ups of labour contracts and agreements on work performed outside the employment relations and other relevant documents governing labour relations
- drafting working regulations and internal rules
- legal counselling regarding termination of employment
- compensation of damages arising from employment / labour relations

received his law degree from the Law Faculty of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica in 2012. Since 2016 registered in the register of attorneys held by the Slovak Bar Association. Martinˈs fields of expertise are mainly Corporate Law and Contract law in general, with specialization on representing clients in court litigation and out-of-court settlement of disputes.
